The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 60 m² air-conditioned chalet with breathtaking mountain views for rent in Jarrier, France. It can accommodate up to 8 guests. It features an attractive 28 m² living room, an open-plan kitchen, four bedrooms, a shower room and large terraces with panoramic views. Wifi via fiber optics included, we're just waiting for you to enjoy the mountain air with your family or friends! Ground floor: - A 28 m² living room with TV (connected to fiber optics and Canal +), sofas and dining area. - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee machine and SENSEO coffee machine (pods not supplied). - An enclosed but unheated 12 m² veranda with a 3-seater sofa, a table and a hanger for drying ski clothes and a small lockable storage area for suitcases and ski equipment. - Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. First floor: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190), a TV and a small dressing room. - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190), TV and wardrobe. - Shower room. - Separate WC Under the roof : - Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190) and a TV. - Bedroom 4: two single beds and a TV Outside : - A first terrace on the ground floor of about 60 m², facing South-East, part of which is covered to shelter a wood oven. - A second terrace at the level of the bedrooms and the car park of about 36 m² Other information: - In the event of snow, it is impossible to drive down to the chalet (70 m walk). - Pets accepted for an extra charge of 15euros/stay (one pet only), please specify when booking. - Bed linen and towels are not included, please bring your own. - Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility. The house is ideally located in Jarrier, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You can enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley of Saint Jean de Maurienne. In Saint Jean de Maurienne, you will be able to benefit from all the essential shops but also from boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : Jarrier is a mountain village located on the balconies of Saint Jean de Maurienne where 27 hamlets are organised around ovens, chapels and oratories. From this charming village, you will be able to practise numerous activities and discover an endemic fauna and flora. Hiking or mountain biking (one of the largest cycling areas in the world (Télégraphe, Galibier, Lautaret, Croix de Fer, Glandon, Iseran, Mont Cenis, Mollard, Madeleine, Chaussy and the Montvernier lacets), will allow you to criss-cross the passes, keep an eye out for marmots, chamois, eagles and vultures in the landscape. For the amateurs of ski, you will find your happiness with a few kilometres of the lodging. In winter there is a snowfield for sledging directly from the chalet.
