Newly weds Paul and Daniel recently moved from Hong Kong to Cordes sur Ciel in Tarn department and moved into Le Chevalier Noir in May 2018. Daniel has a degree in hotel management and has worked in some of the world’s finest hotels. Paul has no relevant qualifications whatsoever, other than a burning passion for France, gastronomy and the countryside of the Tarn region he fell in love thirty five years ago as a student on an 8 month placement in South West France. Their first season received rave reviews on Trip Advisor where they are already rated as one of the best B and B’s in Cordes sur Ciel.
