'The Clapadou' is a detached chalet, beautifully restored using local materials and artisans. Coming into the gîte from the stone steps you will find the lounge and kitchen area, fully equipped for a very confortable stay. Fitted with a Godin wood stove to keep you warn on chilly evenings. The wooden steps take you to the cosy and comfortable bedroom, with separate ensuite toilet and shower room. The large glass sliding doors make this room very light and allow you to access the private garden and top terrace. There is also a terrace with table and chairs outside the living room for your morning coffee with a view in the sun

We are a young couple who fell in love with this beautiful house and area whilst walking past on the Camino de Santiago. We have decided to give up our small holding life in England to live off the land in France whilst sharing our passions and love for the region of Averyon

Le Soulié is a very quaint village situated just above Espeyrac, meaning sun in old french, it has a perfect exposure and you will find this area very peaceful and relaxing, surrounded by the sound of birds and wildlife. There is plenty of walking routes around the village and you are a short drive from Conques, Entraigues sur Truyère, Bozouls and it's canyon, Espalion and the museum of diving, Estaing and it's castle, and plenty more! What not to like in undiscovered this area!
