Le Cœur d’Estourgie is a stately former chambre d’hôtes and hotel located on the edge of Pionsat. The property is bright and authentic, with high ceilings, original details, and spacious rooms. The available bedrooms and bathrooms offer privacy and comfort. The large dining room and cosy sitting room provide space to spend time together, and the well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, large fridge, and ample cookware makes preparing shared meals easy.
The fully enclosed garden offers privacy and safety for children. There is a pergola with an outdoor kitchen and a long dining table, a lounge set, and various seating areas. The small above-ground pool (diameter 3.6 m) offers a refreshing dip on warm days. Children can play in the play area, and guests can enjoy the view of the adjacent sheep meadow, which is accessible.
The spacious basement is multifunctional, equipped with workout facilities such as a pull-up bar, dumbbells, and barbells, a seating area with TV, dartboard, foosball table, and a small bar. A washing machine is also available for guest use.
The gîte is located on a quiet street within walking distance of a supermarket, bakery, cafés, and restaurants. You won’t need to use the car for every errand or meal while still enjoying a peaceful setting with views of the surrounding landscape.
The combination of historic charm, modern comfort, space, and proximity to amenities makes our gîte particularly suitable for families and small groups wishing to enjoy comfort and tranquillity in the heart of France.
Hi, I’m Jennifer! Originally from the Netherlands, I moved to France in September 2024 with my husband Tim and our three young children. It has always been our dream to live here and create a place where others can enjoy peace, space, and the beauty of the French countryside.
In the summer of 2025, we will open the doors of our gîte, Le Cœur d’Estourgie, for the very first time. It’s an exciting moment for us, and we are truly looking forward to welcoming guests to experience this special place. We live nearby and are happy to offer tips about the area to help you make the most of your stay.
Through the Le Cœur d’Estourgie website, I regularly share updates on our preparations and the journey of bringing the gîte to life. This allows you to follow along as our dream becomes reality and to get a feel for the house and garden we are preparing with care and love. We hope you will feel as much at home here as we do!
