This romantic retreat comprises a living area with a sofa bed on the garden level and a lower level accessible from the outside with a bedroom, shower room and WC. Outside there is a terrace with seating and a barbecue as well as a communal pool with sun loungers. The plot extends over 7000 m², with approx. 2500 m² set aside for rental. Guests have access to the swimming pool, which is occasionally used by the owners who live in a separate villa on site, approximately 30 meters away. The property consists of the vacation home and the owners' independent villa, about 1 km from the village center of La Tour d'Aigues, where you will find all the local stores.
