High-speed fibre Wi-Fi, a comfortable desk, a smart TV with channels and Netflix included — everything is set for a perfect mix of work and relaxation. The separate kitchen is brand new and fully equipped (hob, oven, fridge, extractor hood, small appliances). You'll find everything you need for breakfast: kettle, toaster, coffee machine, crockery and utensils. Several restaurants and cafés are available right downstairs, perfect for a bite to eat or a lazy morning. The private bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. We designed it with one goal in mind: to welcome you just like we would at home.

Everything is within walking distance: shops, cafés, supermarket, public transport, as well as Sciences Po Lille (150 m) and the CNAM (500 m). The area is well connected and offers on-street parking right in front of the building — a real bonus in Lille, even if it’s paid on weekdays (free on sundays). It’s the perfect base for exploring the city without a car, whether you’re here for a getaway or a work trip.
