The cottage faces the pond. It has a surface area of 105 m². The living room includes a kitchenette and a lounge area with a wood-burning stove. There are two bedrooms (each with four single beds), a shower room with toilet, and a third bedroom (with one double bed) with its own shower room and toilet. Central heating is provided. There is a terrace with garden furniture. Internet access is via a 4G box.

Of Swiss origin, Josef and Béatrice are true globetrotters. With their 3 children, they arrive from Canada where they opened a motel. They chose to put down their suitcases at the Moulin de Cheni in the heart of the Limousin countryside, a site where calm and serenity reign. Their objectives? To enjoy their children and their encounters, while being halfway between Switzerland and Portugal where Josef is from. Passionate, friendly and dynamic, they brighten up this already pleasant place! On site, 3 very beautiful ponds where no-kill fishing is possible. Beautiful shared swimming pool (11 x 4). It will be accessible from 1/06 until 30/09 and from 10 a.m. in the morning until 8 p.m. in the evening. On site: 3 gîtes; 2 in a large independent house and one in a small independent house. (Total capacity on site: 13 people). On site: horses, geese, chickens... At Lake Meuzac: water skiing, wakeboarding, towed buoys, paddleboarding, baby skiing...
