The second, independent bathroom is accessible from the common areas and offers an ambience worthy of a luxury hotel, with its marble finishes. In addition, there are two WCs in the apartment: one independent near the bedrooms and the other in the independent bathroom, for added comfort and privacy. The top-of-the-range kitchen, fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, is a real pleasure to use - whether you're a gourmet or a fan of the perfect morning coffee. 🛋️ Comfort & relaxation You'll appreciate the large dining room, perfect for convivial moments, extended by a cosy living room equipped with a connected TV and high-speed wifi. They have renovated the place with taste, passion and a concern for doing things right. They entrust the management to Clément, their trusted host, who will ensure that your stay runs smoothly. Given the high-end furnishings of the accommodation, a deposit will be requested two weeks before your stay, via a simple email request for pre-authorisation of your credit card. No debit will be made before your arrival. This pre-authorisation will be automatically cancelled within seven days of your departure, provided we have not noticed any damage, breakages or deterioration. In addition, ... 🐾 Did you know?
