Bright, modern, spacious. No neighbors above or to the right. EQUIPMENT: Fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee, induction hob, multifunction oven and microwave, washing machine. Double glazing, reversible air conditioning + radiator heating, corner lounge, ensure tranquility and top-of-the-range comfort.
