The cottage faces the pond. It has a surface area of 50 m². The living room includes a kitchenette and a lounge area with a wood-burning stove. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), each with its own shower room and toilet. Central heating is provided. There is a terrace with garden furniture. Internet access is via a 4G box.

Originally from Switzerland, Josef and Béatrice are true globetrotters. With their three children, they recently arrived from Canada, where they opened a motel. They chose to settle at Moulin de Cheni, nestled in the heart of the Limousin countryside, a place of peace and tranquility. Their goal? To enjoy their children and new acquaintances, while being halfway between Switzerland and Portugal, Josef's country of origin. Passionate, friendly, and energetic, they bring a touch of sunshine to this already delightful spot! On-site, there are three beautiful ponds where catch-and-release fishing is permitted. A lovely shared swimming pool (11 x 4 meters) will be open from June 1st to September 30th, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The property also offers three gîtes (self-catering cottages): two in a large, detached house and one in a smaller, separate cottage. (Total capacity on site: 13 people).
