Le Peyrail is a beautiful stone built cottage nestling in the vines above the village of Les leves . The house dates back to the early 18th century when it was originally three vine workers cottages which have subsequently has been beautifully converted. ..The thick stone walls of Le Peyrail retain the warmth in winter time and keep out the heat of high summer. the rooms are large yet intimate giving the house both majesty and character. Situated at the head of a beautiful valley, the gardens of Le Peyrail are terraced sloping down to the pool and orchards beyond.The grounds extend to a bamboo wood flanked by a small stream marking the boundaries. Although we are situated in a hamlet ,the property itself is secluded and private. Le Peyrail is only ten minute from the ancient bastide town of St Foy La Grande and an hour away from Bordeaux.
