The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 100 m² house in Sauzon with exceptional views of the port, less than a kilometre from the beach. It can accommodate up to 7 people. It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor - Bedroom 1: with two single beds, sea view - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190), view of the port and the sea - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC First floor - A 25 m² sea-view living room with TV, sofa, etc. - An open-plan kitchen with a view of the port and the sea: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... Second floor - Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed with a view of the port and the sea. - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 17 m² terrace with an exceptional view of the port of Sauzon and the sea on the horizon, furniture to enjoy the fine weather. Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The house is ideally located in Sauzon, in a very pleasant environment. You will benefit from being close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the car park near the accommodation.
