Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower - A separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A shared heated swimming pool, open from 1 July to 31 August - A 4.50 m² west-facing balcony accessible from the living room. A table, two chairs and two deckchairs are available. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
