Air conditioning in each room ensures optimal comfort in all seasons. Shared Kitchen and Dining Room: A fully equipped kitchen with a pod coffee machine, large refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven with grill, and a 5-burner stove allows everyone to prepare their meals. You’ll also find a juicer, toaster, kettle, and various kitchen utensils for home-like meals. The communal dining room is welcoming, with tables, chairs, and a television. Apartment for 6 People: This apartment offers a fully equipped private kitchen, a comfortable living room, a welcoming dining area, and a private bathroom. Ideal for families or groups of friends seeking an independent space. Apartment for 4 People: This apartment is designed with the same amenities: a private kitchen, a living area, a dining table, and a private bathroom. A perfect space for couples or small families seeking comfort and autonomy. Outdoor Spaces: Three 20 m² terraces, each facing south and surrounded by trees, are perfect for enjoying outdoor meals, with tables and chairs for 6 people per terrace. A plancha is also available for outdoor cooking. Pool and Garden: A 7x4 meter above-ground pool, naturally heated and surrounded by sun loungers, deck chairs, and parasols, is ideal for relaxing in the sun. The large enclosed, tree-filled garden, facing southwest, is a peaceful haven for relaxation.
