Domain Les Filloux is a piece of authentic France, right in the heart of the Creuse. The 19th century farmhouse is situated on a domain of 1.5 hectares. The house was renovated in 2000 with respect for the architectural style of the 1800's. In the farmhouse are three rooms with private bathroom and in the garden we have two furnished luxury tents with shared sanitary facilities. The living space is open to everyone and here you can make music on the piano or with the guitar, play a game or read a book from our library. At the long family table it is always nice to meet new people during breakfast or dinner. Our food is as much as possible prepared with organic and regional products. In our atelier you can completely unwind with some pottery. At the center of our garden is a large 400-year-old oak tree. The domain has a lot of quiet places where you can hit back with just the two of you or on your own and enjoy a book or just do nothing. Let yourself be surprised every day by the hundreds of birds, the beautiful views and dream away in peace.

We are Anneke & Bart and would like to welcome you at Domaine Les Filloux. After our busy life in Belgium, we now enjoy every day the tranquility of our paradise in France. Here we live in harmony with nature around us. We grow our own vegetables, keep chickens, take walks in our forest and relax in one of the many zen places. We speak Dutch, French, English, German and Spanish. Because we love to cook and create cosy moments, we like to share our table with you for a 3-course menu in our table d’hôtes only after reservation (Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday). Wednesday and Saturday we make a vegetarian menu.

The green surroundings, at the foot of the Massif Central, are characterized by rolling hills, interspersed with views over the meadows and the deep valleys. If you discover this region, you will be introduced to France in its purest form. In our village Saint-Dizier-Masbaraud you can walk for hours through meadows and forests. The River Thaurion winds its way through our area and offers you many beautiful places on its banks to relax. The Creuse is known for its untouchedness, where there is room for nature, culture and authenticity of the French lifestyle. The surrounding villages offer something for everyone, from old sights to nature parks. In the Limousin region you can richly fill your stay with fun activities. You can visit the park of the wolves of Chabrières or go canoeing on Lake Vassivière. Those who do not opt ​​for the hustle and bustle can go to this pure area for a rest, recharging and just 'being' by enjoying the silence and nature.
