In Bénodet, we offer you this charming 55 m² duplex apartment with sea view, less than 500 m from the beach, with shared pool, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a 12 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). We're waiting for you! The apartment is composed as follows First floor - 12 m² living room with sofas, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. - Bedroom 1: bunk bed with two single beds (90x190) - Bathroom with shower and WC First floor - Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) - Bathroom with bath and WC Outside : - A shared swimming pool belonging to the residence, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from April to the end of September (heated only from the end of May to mid-September) - A 6 m² sea-view balcony with a table and sixchairs to enjoy the sunny days. Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use. -Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner).
