The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in the commune of Bénodet, a “5-star” seaside resort in Southern Brittany, this 30 m² flat with sea view, with balcony and swimming pool in a very pleasant environment. Located 50 meters from the beach, it can accommodate up to 4 travelers and is located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift). It features a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony to enjoy the sunny days. If you wish, you can access all amenities without having to use your car for the duration of your stay. For a walking or cycling holiday, in a pleasant, quiet residence with ocean views.
