Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you to come and enjoy a superb stay in Le Tréport, a charming fishermen's town, by staying in this pretty town house, only 20 m from the Canal and 5 minutes walk from the historical center and all its shops! The 65 m² house can accommodate up to 5 people and is composed of a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub. Private courtyard with garden furniture. Wifi included. Sheets and towels extra. The house: First floor: - A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 6 guests. - A fully equipped open kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, oven, hotplates, microwave, toaster, kettle, piston coffee maker... On the first floor : - Bedroom 1: a double bed 140 x 190 cm and a dressing table. - Bedroom 2 : two single beds and a wardrobe. - Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, hair dryer, washing machine and WC Baby bed and high chair and changing table available on site Exterior: - A private inner courtyard of 12 m² furnished with garden furniture, ideal to enjoy an aperitif after a beautiful day of discoveries!
