Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you to the rent, on the commune of Orcières, this charming flat of a surface of 35 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 17 m², an open kitchenette equipped, a beautiful bedroom separated by curtains, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 20 m² accessible from a balcony. We are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 17 m² living room with TV, two convertible sofas (doubles) and a dining area. - An open kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine... - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190). - A bathroom with shower and WC. Outside : - A balcony of about 5 m² giving access to an enclosed garden by a few steps, with furniture to enjoy the nice days. Other remarks: - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - To access the flat in winter, you must use the stairs in the residence and not the outside because of the risk of ice. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.

The flat is ideally located in Orcières in the heart of the village opposite the town hall, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... Possible activities : Winter sports: Skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledging, snow scooter, ice skating, dog sledding, snowshoeing and other winter sports activities. Wellness: swimming pool, disco, cinema... Thrills: parachutes, tyrolean traverse, tree climbing... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free near the flat in the town hall car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Free shuttle bus. - Nearest train station: Gap train station located at about 45 minutes by car. - Nearest airport: Grenoble airport, 2.5 hours away by car.
