The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - 30 m² living room with TV, sofa and fireplace (wood not supplied) - A 30 m² kitchen, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... and dining area - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: 40 m² master suite with 1 king-size bed (180×200), dressing room, and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC) - Bedroom 2 (20 m²): with 1 queen-size bed (160×200), dressing room - Bedroom 3 (20 m²): with 2 single beds - Bedroom 4 (20 m²): with 1 single bed - Bathroom with bathtub and double sinks - Separate WC Exterior: - A private 7mx3m swimming pool, open and heated from April to the end of October.
