Magnificent 30m² studio with terrace, real bedroom area, refurbished in a chic, cosy and elegant Mediterranean style. It's located at the end of a seafront cul-de-sac overlooking Bestouan beach. You can get there on foot in less than a minute. The studio features a beautiful living room in warm tones, with the following elements: open-plan kitchen with hob, microwave, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, two bar stools for eating at the counter. There's no shortage of equipment (kettle, Nespresso machine, coffee machine, toaster, etc.). The bedroom features a seaside-style double bed (160×200) and high-quality bedding. The bathroom has a large Italian-style shower and a pretty washbasin, as well as plenty of storage space (a hairdryer is also provided). The toilet is separate for your convenience.
