Our 5 Spacious & Contemporary Rooms: MAGNOLIA & HORTANCIA: on the ground floor, 1 single-storey entrance and one with wooden staircase giving direct access to the pool and garden. CAMELIA: Family room with bath & kitchen on the ground floor 1 single-storey entrance and one with wooden staircase giving direct access to the pool and garden. CAMPANULE: located upstairs it includes 2 single beds. CASSIOPEE: located upstairs with a large bed. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have the advantage for families to make a secure master suite. You will find a refrigerator at your disposal. All our rooms have a courtesy tray, kettle, tea & coffee, water, biscuits. In the garden, tables are available around the pool and under the large lime tree. The heated pool is open from May to September. (Sunbeds, tables, umbrellas, buoys, balloons). Our breakfasts are Gourmands & Copious. Do not hesitate to let me know if you want gluten-free (before your arrival).

The LONGERE de NIVINEN is located on the Arzano in Finistère-Sud, 10 minutes from Pont-Scorff (Terre de Nataé) 30 minutes from PONT-AVEN, CONCARNEAU, LORIENT, 45 minutes from QUIMPER & VANNES. This year’s INTERCELTIQUES de LORIENT will take place from August 1 to 10, 2025. The FILETS BLEUS festival in Concarneau from August 13 to 17, 2025. Private parking is available. You can leave your bikes in the gardens during your stay.

I am happy to welcome you at the Longère de Nivinen but in good conditions. My 5 rooms must be spotless when you arrive and I can’t do that if everyone arrives outside of the recommended hours. Cordially and quickly🌸 Small grocery store with local products (cheeses, cooked dishes, dairy products) Les Roches du Diable the only river in Europe of natural water (descent by kayak). Le Moulin du Roch is ideal for forest walks. On Sunday evenings in summer there is a guinguette (Meals and music) The ideal Asinerie for children, ballads on donkeys, goats, mini farm. Horse-drawn carriage ride with aperitif (Arzano) & horse-drawn carriage ride (reservation required) On PONT-SCORFF, pretty little town of character with its summer market on Wednesday in July & August For restaurants, I would suggest good addresses according to your tastes & desires.
