This guest house, offering room-by-room rental in the owner’s home, is located in a quiet setting on the hills of Belleville, at the edge of the forest and at the gateway to the Lorraine Regional Natural Park. The property features a private terrace and a large landscaped garden, ideal for a peaceful stay in a natural environment. Ideally located on the Nancy–Metz axis, the accommodation offers excellent accessibility, with the A31 motorway just 3 minutes away, making it easy to explore the cultural attractions of both cities. The family suite is located on the upper floor of the house and is accessed via a shared entrance. It consists of two bedrooms (13 m² each), each with a double bed, as well as a shower room, a separate toilet, and a private lounge on the landing equipped with a sofa, TV, kettle, 40-liter refrigerator, microwave, and a small table. Secure parking is available inside the gated property. A locked storage area is also available for bicycles and motorcycles. Breakfast is included and is served in the owner’s dining room or, in good weather, on the terrace or in the veranda. Please note: the accommodation is not accessible to guests with reduced mobility.
