This family home is ideally located in La Chaume! 🏖️ Just a few steps from the quays with its restaurants, bars, grocery stores, covered market, Vendée Globe village, shuttles to the seafront, the "Le Grand Palace" cinema, and a supermarket... And only 500 meters from the wild coastline, the lighthouse promenade, and 1km from La Paracou Beach... This charming place, both peaceful and authentic, is perfect for enjoying Les Sables d'Olonne. This vacation home consists of 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds and a 80cm to 160cm convertible bench. It also features a bathroom with a shower and separate WC. Towels and bed linen are also provided. The living room offers a convertible sofa and a dining area with a large table for gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, vitroceramic cooktop, espresso coffee machine (with capsules), toaster, kettle... A bar table with 4 stools is available for enjoying an aperitif while cooking. The accommodation also has a garage (for storing bikes, strollers, beach accessories, etc.) which includes an 11kg washing machine and all necessary cleaning supplies. Everything is in place to ensure a pleasant stay in this peaceful haven 🩵
