Discover our beautiful family home in Sainte-Anne-d'Auray. Spacious and bright, it can accommodate up to 12 people, for stays with family or friends. You'll enjoy a large living room opening onto the fully-equipped kitchen, with a large table for sharing your meals. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with its own bathroom (shower and bath). Upstairs, 3 comfortable bedrooms and a shower room. A converted outbuilding also offers a bedroom with en suite shower room. Please remember that you are staying in accommodation offered by a private individual to the Booking community. IMPORTANT, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION. Linen is provided for all beds! What is included for double beds : - 4 Pillows, - 2 duvets, - 2 flat sheets, - 2 duvet covers, - 4 pillowcases, - 4 bath towels, Also available - 1 bath mat - several tea towels TELEVISION The TV doesn't offer channels via the antenna. A Chromecast allows you to connect to your streaming accounts: NETFLIX, MOLOTOV, AMAZON PRIME, etc. ACCOMMODATION REGULATIONS - The accommodation must be left in a suitable condition; - The fridge must be emptied on departure; - Dishes must be washed and put away. - Close the shutters and windows when you leave; - Nothing must have been damaged, broken or stolen; - Take out the bins when you leave (see location in the welcome booklet); - Put the linen at the foot of the bed when you leave. - Maximum departure time is 11am, unless otherwise stated. After 4 p.m., the staff will no longer be able to give you access to the accommodation if the deposit has not been previously validated.

- Return the accommodation to suitable condition;

- The refrigerator must be emptied on departure: €20 will be withheld from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.
