Welcome to a beautiful place particularly conducive to calm and rejuvenation! Le Petit Moulin de Nailly is a large property of more than one hectare of garden, woods and water. As its name suggests, it is an old mill that is mentioned on maps as early as the fifteenth century. Nestled at the back of the property, the cottage offers an ideal setting for rest and relaxation, away from the hectic activities of everyday life. The cottage has been designed to be modular. In its maxi version, it can comfortably accommodate 6 people who will find two beautiful living rooms each with a fitted kitchen, as well as four bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms. Three terraces complete the comfort of this house. On one side, a cottage "courtyard side" on two levels: the living room is warm with its exposed beams, its wood stove, its lounge area with television. It offers the functionality of a fitted kitchen and the conviviality of a dining area. Upstairs, two bedrooms: a single bedroom on the floor, communicating with a double bedroom (2 single beds to be pushed together or not). The bathroom is on the ground floor: a large walk-in shower, a sink and a suspended toilet. A small laundry room completes the accommodation. On the other side, a cottage "garden side", on one level: a large and beautiful contemporary kitchen with a crazy charm and a living room with wood stove and television. On the same level, two bedrooms: a double bedroom (2 single beds to be pushed together or not) and a single bedroom opening onto a small terrace to the east. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet. This part of the cottage is accessible to people with disabilities. Outside: three terraces allow you to enjoy the sun at different times of the day. Garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers are installed in summer.

All around, there is space to recharge your batteries: a small stream flows near the gîte and small bridges give access to the woods. You will have very pleasant walks and the children will be able to organize wild games of hide-and-seek. Nature is specially protected: no pesticides, bird protection (LPO refuge), two beehives to pollinate the organic mandala vegetable garden and the many fruit trees: everything is done to preserve our environment. At the entrance to the property, a large car park is at your disposal to leave your vehicle. You are 1h30 from Paris by car and 1 hour by train: the owners will gladly pick you up at the train station which is 4km away. Le Petit Moulin is located 6 km from Sens, at the entrance to a charming little village, with a very pretty castle and a church from the thirteenth and seventeenth century. The region offers many possibilities for discovery, including the cathedral of Sens (the oldest Gothic cathedral in France), the museum (which houses the Cathedral's Treasure, considered to be one of the very first in France and Europe), the Moulin à Tan park (a unique garden in Burgundy). Discover the city by following the bronze arrows bearing the effigy of Brennus, chief of the Gallic tribe of the Senones, ancestors of the Senonese. Beyond that, the region has something to delight your ideas for walks: to the north, 45' Fontainebleau with its castle and its forest, Nogent sur Seine with the Camille Claudel Museum. In Puisaye, the medieval city of Saint-Fargeau and its famous castle, the Fortified Castle under construction of Guédelon, the Maison Colette. To the south, the cities of Art and History of Auxerre or Joigny, the Abbey of Pontigny or the famous Basilica of Vézelay... but also water activities at the Lac du Bourdon, the Boutissaint Natural Park, remarkable gardens, hiking, golf... not to mention the vineyards of Chablis, Irancy or Saint-Bris-le-Vineux...
