Nestled in the peaceful Haute Vienne countryside overlooking the Gartempe river you will find Maple Tree Chambre d'hotes. The room has it's own private entrance and an en-suite shower room, with a front terrace for your personal use with views of the countryside and the river. Tea and coffee facilities are provided, also towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are provided. A continental breakfast box is provided; a cooked English breakfast is also available upon request at a supplement of 8 euros per person. A four course evening meal is also available upon request at a supplement of 25 euros per person. On-site there is also our yoga studio:Maple Tree Yoga Studio, which can be booked in advance (due to availability)

We picked this beautiful area of Haute-Vienne to call home. Johanna is a qualified Yoga teacher and practices from our studio attached to the house. We have two family dogs which are very friendly and would only have access to your personal outside terrace upon invite from yourselves.

The Chambre d'hotes are 3km from the pretty village of Bussière-Poitevine which has a bar; tea room; boulangerie; pharmacy and small grocery store. There are several restaurants and bars locally and the famous medieval college of Le Dorat is 10 minutes away. We are 25 minutes from the town of Bellac and 25 minutes from the famous writing town of Montmorillon, which has the beautiful Gartempe river; both are main towns with shopping. We are 45 minutes from Limoges airport and 50 minutes from Poitiers airport and there is a train station in Le Dorat which goes to Limoges.
