We are a family with two children aged 10 and 20. We live in Bergerac, close to the building, and we can be available very easily to answer your questions and satisfy your expectations. We can offer you various "à la carte" services according to your needs during your stay: good restaurants, baby-sitting with trustworthy girls, lending of books and/or board games, ideas for outings with family, friends or lovers... We are keen to take into account any comments or suggestions that may help us to improve your stay in our flats. We offer several flats for rent in the centre of Bergerac (8 of which are in the same building), and it is possible to plan stays with several couples or families: you can then organise group activities, while enjoying your privacy in the evening.

The "Marianne" building is ideally located in the centre of Bergerac, close to the station and shops. This building has been renovated from top to bottom between January 2022 and March 2023. Our aim was to create comfortable, modern and well-equipped flats that are a pleasure to live in. Our guiding principle has become our slogan "Welcome to your home ... elsewhere", and we are committed to providing high quality services and amenities. Access to the building is secure, the flat is air-conditioned and you have free wifi access. The flat is located on the ground floor, it consists of an entrance hall with cupboard, a large living room with kitchen, corner sofa, armchairs and large flat screen TV, an office space to work, a bedroom with queen size bed (160 x 200), a bathroom (basin and large shower), separate toilets Household linen: bed (sheets), toilet (bath sheets and towels), is not included in the rental price. It is possible to offer you these additional services, please contact me to determine the "kit" you wish to have. The cleaning must be done before leaving the flat, unless you wish the option "end of stay cleaning" (paying service). Specific equipment is available free of charge on request: cot (with extra mattress for baby's comfort), high chair for young children, raclette set (6 persons or 2 persons), pierrade set (2 persons), fondue machine, chocolate fountain, chocolate set... A list of board games will be proposed to you, the loan is also free. We agree together on your arrival time so that I can welcome you, but an independent late arrival is also possible (modalities explained in due course).

The Marianne building is ideally located in the centre of Bergerac, in the immediate vicinity of the town centre's food shops, and all the other shops and national brands. You will be seduced by the architectural treasures that you will discover in the old town, just 5 minutes away on foot: arched windows, old doors full of history, half-timbering. Go and meet Cyrano, as you wander through the narrow streets and medieval squares, and succumb to the charm of our beautiful Dordogne.
