Decorated by local artists, the apartment offers you the comfort you need for a rest after a day of sightseeing. Very well equipped and well located. You are a 2-minute walk from the Palace of the Kings of Majorca and a 10-minute walk from the historic center. The 2024 Olympic flame will pass in front of the apartment windows via Avenue des Baleares! Maison de Majorque has several apartments. -in the heart of Perpignan, 150m from the Palace of the Kings of Majorca! The central location, very close to the city center -Has a large comfortable bed (160×200) and a sofa bed for one/two people or 2 children. - The bedroom area can be separated by an adjustable pleated curtain. Some apartments have a balcony.-There is no elevator. - The Apartments are refurbished. - Towels and sheets provided - Shower gel, soap, cleaning products provided - Kitchen basics - Toaster, crockery, cutlery provided, etc. - There is paid parking on the street (free Saturday and Sunday) - Check-in from 3:30 p.m. - Pets: the owner to be consulted - There is a no-smoking policy in the apartment. - Guest access via the personal reception or the key box with the code. - ❗️Before leaving, do not forget to throw away the garbage, clean and put away the dishes and cutlery.

Décoré par les artistes locaux, l'appartement vous offre le confort nécessaire pour un repos après une journée de visites. Très bien équipé et bien situé. Vous êtes à 2 minutes à pied du Palais des rois de Majorque et à 10 minutes à pied du centre historique. La flamme olympique 2024 passera devant les fenêtres de appartement par l'avenue des Baleares! Maison de Majorque comporte plusieurs appartements. -en plein cœur de Perpignan, à 150m de Palais des Rois de Majorque! L'emplacement central, très proche du centre-ville -L'appartement correspond idéalement à un couple ou 3 adultes ou 2 adultes et 1(2) enfants. -Possède d'un grand lit confortable (160×200) et un canapé convertible pour une personne ou 2 enfants. - L'espace Chambre peut être séparée par rideau plissé ajustable. -Se trouve au deuxième étage sans ascenseur. -Appartement refait à neuf en juillet 2023. -Serviettes et draps fournis - Gel douche, savon, produits d'entretien fournis - Bases de la cuisine - Grille-pain, vaisselle, couverts fournis, etc. -Il y a un parking payant dans la rue (samedi et dimanche gratuit) - Arrivée à partir de 15h30 -Animaux de compagnie : le propriétaire à consulter -Il y a une politique interdisant de fumer dans l'appartement. -Accès des voyageurs par l'accueil personnel ou la boîte à clés avec le code. - ❗️Avant de partir ne pas oublier à jeter les ordures, nettoyer et ranger la vaisselle et les couverts.
