Welcome to Les Villas d'Olonne. Our premium residence is ideally located: 8 km from Les Sables-d'Olonne train station, in the heart of 2 hectares of secure grounds, close to the Sauveterre national forest and its 1,000 hectares of nature. The wild Sauveterre beach, just 2.5 km away, is renowned for its surfing and miles of dunes. The beach has a lifeguard post and snack bar, making it a convenient place to extend your days by the water. With direct access from the residence, you can walk or cycle to the beach along a path lined with pine trees. In terms of accommodation, 54 brand-new houses, ranging in size from 69 to 92 m², with 3 or 4 bedrooms, will delight holidaymakers. Everything is designed for comfort: air-conditioned living room, fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine, private swimming pool (open from 8 April to 11 November) and a private parking space right in front of the house. The holiday programme is just as appealing: with its hiking trails, cycle paths, exceptional heritage and unspoilt beaches as far as the eye can see, Les Sables-d'Olonne is a very popular destination.
