Located in Deauville, just 1 km from the Promenade des Planches, Pierre & Vacances Premium Presqu'Ile de la Touques offers an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a landscaped garden and a sun terrace. Deauville Casino is only 1.1 km away. The apartments feature a satellite flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge, coffee machine and kettle. Its location offers the perfect land-sea setting for a variety of pleasures. Whether you fancy a spot of shopping or a stroll, the beach and the centre of Deauville and Trouville are less than 15 minutes away on foot. Our residence proudly boasts five stars and typical half-timbered architecture. The seaside atmosphere continues inside your bright, functional flat, with its blue hues and Norman elegance. You'll be able to relax like never before, sitting out on your balcony or terrace to soak up the sun and contemplate the view of the harbour, gardens or swimming pool.

The residence is located on the Touques peninsula between Deauville and Trouville, 300 m from the station. Bordered by the river, the area adjoins the yacht basin and opens out onto the sea, offering an exceptional living environment with its wide promenade, pedestrian walkways and cycle paths. The residence is just a few minutes' walk from the centre of both resorts, the beach and the casino. A footbridge provides a quick link between the Touques peninsula and the centre of Deauville.
