Beachfront apartment with pool access

This residence is located in the centre of a 3-hectare park, which gives direct access to a beach. It offers a swimming pool with solarium and children’s pool. All of the apartments at the Résidence Pierre & Vacances La Pinede have a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee-machine and a private terrace or balcony with garden furniture. The Pierre & Vacances also has a children’s playground and garden, and guests can enjoy several activities such as volleyball and table tennis. Free outdoor parking is possible on site according to availability. Books and board games can be rented free of charge.

Ideal for families, it has a swimming pool and a paddling pool. A path leads directly to the beach. You'll love : - The protected natural site of the Giens peninsula, facing the Iles d'Or. - The magnificent 3-hectare park opening directly onto a sandy beach. - The outdoor swimming pool, heated from May to October, and the paddling pool.

On the Côte d'Azur, linked to the Var coast by a double dune belt, the natural site of the Giens peninsula reveals stunningly beautiful Mediterranean landscapes. - Take the Route du Sel for an exceptional panorama: it runs along the Almanarre beach and the Pesquiers salt marshes, with its 200 species of birds, including numerous pink flamingos. - Hyères, with its turquoise waters, creeks and forests, is just 10km from the picturesque village of Giens, where you can enjoy a wide range of leisure activities: jet-skiing, kitesurfing, paddle-boarding, windsurfing, kayaking and diving. - Off the coast of Hyères, discover the Golden Isles: the islands of Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant.
