The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Bénodet, this charming duplex apartment with sea view, at 40 meters of the beach, with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 28 m ² and being able to accomodate until 3 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 13 m², open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom (with shower). We are waiting for you ! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 13 m² with a sofa bed, TV, Wifi included - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates... - A bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine On the first floor : - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with bathtub and WC. Outside : - A shared swimming pool belonging to the residence, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from April to the end of September (heated only from the end of May to mid-September) - A balcony of 4m², view on the bay of Bénodet and the mouth of the Odet with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days Common area: - Take advantage of the residence's swimming pool (shared, heated), open from April to October, and secured by a cover and a barrier. Opening dates subject to favorable weather conditions, not contractual. Other remarks : - Free Wifi available - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the concierge.
