Please note that the Le Moulin reception is open all year round whereas the Le Bocage reception is open in July and August.

Reception opening hours :

All days: 08:30 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00 - In July /August: 08:30 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00 all days except in saturday: 08:00 to 20:00.

If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance.

Price includes: bed linen, towels, 1 dish towel, 1 bath mat, 1 dish towel, a cleaning kit, basic WiFi access for up to 5 devices, charges and taxes (except city tax and application fee), access to the pool area and playing/sports field (except tennis and archery) and basic animation such as fitness, contests and parties. End-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes) is also included.

The location of the accommodation can be reserved straight after booking by calling the property. Please note that location preferences are subject to availability and at an additional cost.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur a fee.

Please note that credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

The Moulin swimming pool is only open to residents of "Le Moulin" area. The Bocage swimming pool is only open to residents of "Le Bocage" area. The central water park is open to everyone staying at "Le Domaine de Bourgenay".

The Children's Clubs, Circus School and animations are no longer offered in the residence.
