The area is very quiet,the accommodation is located 100m from the Modane Town Hall. ->within a radius of 150m,you will find a bakery,a tobacconist/newagent,a bar/snack,a restaurant,a pizzeria,an Italian grocery store,a souvenir shop,a pharmacy,the market on Thusday morning as well as a shuttle stop in front of the town hall whitch will take you to the ski resort of Valfréjus and La norma (only in high season,consult the tourist office). ->An Auchan supermarket is 500m away (7 minutes on foot). ->Within a radius of 10km,you will find the ski resort of Valfréjus,La norma,Aussois and Sardières (cross-country skiing).(12 to 15 minutes by car).
