Located on an island on the banks of the River Siagne, this residence is set on a 5-hectare estate. It is located just 800 metres from the sea and it also has an outdoor pool. The residence is made up of 10 one or two-storey buildings and includes many sports and leisure facilities. Enjoy full independence in a modern studio or apartment with a fully-equipped kitchenette. You will have free access to the pools, playgrounds and sports complex. There is a restaurant which is open from June to September. The residence is located 1 km from small shops and 3 km from the nearest supermarket. Mandelieu is a seaside residence with the largest marina in the Alpes Maritimes region and was awarded the "Water sports label" for its wide variety of water sports and activities. Its verdant 5-hectare park is home to colourful buildings and a swimming pool with paddling pool. At the gateway to Cannes and its famous Croisette and 35 km from Nice, a verdant peninsula bordered by the Siagne is home to the Cannes-Mandelieu residence, 800 metres from the beach and shops. - Visit the old medieval Château de la Napoule on the seafront. - Opposite the bay of Cannes is the island of Sainte-Marguerite on the Lérins archipelago, with its Fort Royal, a former state prison which now houses the Musée de la Mer. - Take the Corniche d'Or road, which runs along the red Esterel massif and the Côte d'Azur. - Just 35 km from the residence is Nice and its Promenade des Anglais, one of the most beautiful avenues in the world, lined with palm trees and flowers.
