Mougins is such a nice village and when I first saw this cozy little apartment with it's rooftop terrace, I fell in love with it right away. The village has been home to many famous artists and today still, it is alive with lovely little restaurants and art galleries where artists work. The village has a magical air about it with it's cobbled streets, it's pretty flowers & trees and the interesting people who dine in the restaurants daily at lunch time & in the evenings. It's really nice, after a day of sightseeing, to return to the village, relax & enjoy a glass of wine or an aperitif on your own roof terrace & then walk out your front door & have dinner at one of the many restaurants without having to drive. Even though I was looking for something closer to a family home, I ended up buying this apartment to spend some quality time away from home. Upon arrival, I am sure that you'll agree with me.

Beautiful, tastefully decorated, studio apartment with high ceilings, original wooden beams & sky lights. In the picturesque mountain top village of Mougins overlooking the Bay of Cannes & the nearby Grasse hills. Apartment comprises a fully equipped open plan kitchen, bedroom, separate bathroom & private sunny rooftop terrace overlooking the village with sea and mountain views. This apartment has everything you need to have a relaxing dream holiday. Free secure parking (camera surveillance) available at the entrance to the village which is within walking distance. This property is ideal either for a couple or for 2 friends sharing. In the heart of this charming old village with restaurants & artsy shops as you step out your door. Beautiful walks nearby. Although you are in the centre of the village, this apartment is a haven of peace & tranquility. Every couple who has stayed here has not wanted to leave.

Neighbourhood information

It is rare today that one has the opportunity to stay in a historical apartment in a historic french village setting such as Mougins Village, which is so well located in terms of its ease of access to the many other larger neighbouring towns and cities such as Cannes, Grasse, Antibes, Nice, St Tropez, to name just a few. There are open concerts and fairs that take place during the summer. It is also home to the famous Mougins Museum of Classical Art. A 5-star spa is within walking distance and they have day packages as well. Each year in the beginning of June, the village hosts “Les Etoiles de Mougins” a renown World Gastronomic Fair. The fact that there is something here for everyone and for all tastes, makes Mougins Village an excellent vacation destination.
