Rose Cottage Rose Cottage is the newly restored Gite in the grounds of Manoir de Kerguezennec. A project that transformed a traditional old building in to a new five star Gite. In a quite location surrounded by the Breton countryside. It has two Bedroom suites each with its own ensuite bathroom. Served by a light wide staircase featuring a beautiful large decorative window. The bedrooms are large and finished to a very high standard. Each room has it’s own long window seat looking out over the garden to the fields. The rooms are decorated with antique furniture and original works of art. One boasts a King size bed with luxury mattress, the other has twin beds. The bathrooms are also very spacious and have quality fittings and walk in showers. Towels etc are supplied. The lounge is spacious and light with a leather sofa, desk, TV and original works of art. The modern kitchen is well equipped and has a nice area for dining. There is a utility room with washing machine and a downstairs toilet. The terrace and small garden are walled in and offer a lot of Privacy. There is a BBQ and outside tables and chairs for those quiet El fresco moments. There is plenty of parking on site

The Manoir also has its own beautiful Chapel. Guests are welcome to use it. Once a year there is the “Pardon of St Yves” which attracts many people The Chapel can be hired for Blessings and concerts. Close by there is the village of Saint Clet with a village shop and a Bar/restaurant. Ten minutes away is the small picturesque town of Pontrieux with its river, shops ,bars and restaurants and Monday market.There is also the old Steam train that runs to Paimpol. About 15 minutes away is the larger town of Guingamp whose market is on a friday. Paimpol, with its beaches and beautiful harbour ,quaint shops and tempting restaurants is only about 15 minutes as well . Treguier with its impressive Cathedral and medieval houses is about 25 minutes away too . Though set in the countryside Manoir de Kerguezennec is well placed for a holiday break. There are many places to visit and sight see. Endless walks, a Golf course. Churches,chapels, Gardens and beaches. You can take day trips to the Ille de Brehac, The famous" Vallee des Saints" a fantastic project of 5 metre high grantite sulptures of Breton saints. For those a little more adventurous you can even take a day trip to Paris by TGV.
