Property information

Welcome to this 160 m² architect-designed house in the heart of Rouen's left bank, just a 10-minute walk from the historic center. You will have all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay after a long walk in the city or the surrounding area, and the jacuzzi and sauna are perfect for relaxing. The outdoor areas also offer space for a barbecue. There are three bedrooms, including a master suite with a king-size bed, a dressing room, and a bathroom.

Neighbourhood information

The house is located in the heart of the Left Bank, 10 minutes from Notre Dame Cathedral. There is a market every Saturday and Tuesday 200 meters away, and a large shopping center is a 5-minute walk away. The historic center can be reached on foot by crossing the Seine.
