This stylish 2 bedroom apartment of 58 m² is in a fabulous location, right in the heart of the Old Town (La Vieille Ville), with all the life of the city streets below. Being a prestigious historic building there is no lift/elevator. The apartment has been renovated to a high standard, and has all the facilities you would expect including double glazing so you can get a peaceful night's sleep in two comfortable bedrooms plus a sofa bed and a travel cot if required. There is an internal A/C unit - (external units are not allowed). The facilities and decor have been tastefully updated to a contemporary feel. There is a new shower room with a good shower. Superfast Fibre Wifi and TV is provided and there is a microwave in addition to a full oven, hob, refrigerator and washer/dryer. Central heating is provided in winter. On booking we will provide detailed information on travel. When we are not in Nice, our property manager will meet you, provide the keys and show you around. Please note there is a 20 euro charge for check in after 20.00 hrs, payable in cash at check in. No check ins after 22.30 please. I love Nice since holidaying there as a child and I am delighted we now have a very nice centrally located apartment in the historic Old Town which we can make available to others.

In the heart of Nice with all the sights, shops, restaurants and the promenade just moments away. The trams take you from the airport to the Cathedral bus stop in about 25 minutes. It is then only a two minute walk to the apartment. All the main sights are within a few minutes walk. You can hire a bicycle from many Velo Blu cycle points nearby. The tram takes you to the Rail station quickly and from there trains to Monaco/ Monte Carlo, Menton, Juan Les Pin, Antibes, San Tropez are frequent and low cost. The best value must be the ordinary service bus to Eze Village for 1.50 euro! Other things to note In common with most of the buildings in the old town, this 300 year old building has no lift, however the apartment is only on the 3rd floor and has an unusually wide staircase for buildings in this part of Nice. External air conditioning units are not allowed on the historic facade but there is an internal A/C machine and fans are provided to provide a cool retreat in summer.
