In a quiet street of Vias Village, this charming 80 m² air-conditioned house is ideal for a family vacation, combining comfort and tranquility. The accommodation features two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a closet offering convenient storage space. The generous living area includes a sofa bed, perfect for easily accommodating additional guests. Outside, you’ll enjoy a fully fenced garden, providing both security and privacy. The large shaded south-facing terrace is perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing family moments. On the north side, a smaller, pleasant area offers a cool retreat, ideal for peaceful summer naps. For added convenience, the house offers parking for two vehicles directly on the property, a real advantage for your travels. A perfect setting for a relaxing and friendly vacation, just a few steps from the amenities of Vias Village and close to the beaches.

During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Sunday to Sunday. A security deposit will be requested upon your arrival. Guests are required to bring their own bed linen and towels. If you prefer, bed linen and towel kits are available upon request. Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional. If you wish, we can handle the end-of-stay cleaning for you. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August. If cleaning fees are not shown during booking, they must be paid on-site when collecting the keys. Youth groups are not accepted. Pets are welcome in this accommodation under certain conditions.
