## The space Features appreciated by my travelers: - The large sunny terrace and sea view - Comfortable, air-conditioned and fully equipped apartment. Renovated in February 2025. - The exceptional view - Beautiful living room-kitchen area - The parking space Bed linen, towels (1 large per person), tea towels and bath mats are provided and set-up. We also provide a few rolls of toilet paper for arrival but not for the entire stay Beach towels are not provided Other features to take into account: - The living room sofa is convertible - The accommodation can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults but it is perfectly suited for 2 people The accommodation: You will appreciate my accommodation for its location, its decoration and its equipment.

Neighbourhood information

## The neighborhood Located about 1.5 km from Lavandou, the Saint-Clair district is home to the beach of the same name. Smaller than Lavandou Beach, very close, Saint-Clair offers a breathtaking view of the Golden Islands (Port Cros and Le Levant). It is more secret and its exposure allows you to enjoy the sun from dawn. Nicknamed "The Pearl", it offers a landscape worthy of tropical countries. Fine white sand, mountains surrounding it, this beach nestled at the foot of the pine forests has nothing to envy the postcards of some distant countries. Regularly cited among the most beautiful beaches in France, Saint-Clair also benefits from many shops (hotels, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.) all accessible on foot.
