## The space This charming F2 on rue Saint Maur in Rouen comprises a fitted and equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a shower room. Enjoy the warm and friendly living room, nicely furnished so you can relax after a busy day. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, microwave, hob, coffee maker, cooker and cooking utensils) so you can prepare your meals just like at home. Our spacious bedroom has a soft double bed and linen to ensure a peaceful and restful night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped for maximum comfort, with a spacious shower, fluffy towels and a modern mirror. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm.
