Studio with mezzanine located in the center of the historic district (pedestrian) of Montpellier in a mansion of the 16th century. At 5 min from the streetcar Louis Blanc and 7 min from other streetcars. Atypical studio full of charm (beams, stone arches, parquet floor...). Quiet apartment in a bohemian street of the city center. The entrance is through a courtyard and is independent. There are 2 windows and a French window. The apartment is low of ceiling (1m70 on the mezzanine).

The historical center is a pedestrian area. There is a paying parking lot 5 minutes from the apartment, otherwise it is possible to park in the street (free parking on Sundays and holidays). Near Fabre museum and shops, bars, restaurants...
