Charming Studio of 15 m2 adjoining our house, completely renovated and carefully decorated, with its private entrance, located in Fresnes bordering Hay les Roses, 10 minutes from Orly airport Bus station 187 60 meters away (22 minutes direct Paris Porte d'Orléans) RER B Croix de Berny 10 minutes on foot (20 minutes from Montparnasse station) nearby (5 minutes on foot): bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser, tobacconist, supermarket, pizzeria, creperie Château de Sceaux Park, 15 minutes’ walk away
We live just above the accommodation which allows us to be responsive. It is adjacent to our house, completely renovated and carefully decorated, with its private entrance. - Entrance with shoe storage and coat rack - WC with storage (broom vacuum cleaner available, it recharges on its base) separated from the entrance by a curtain - Living room consisting of a sleeping area (double bed 130 cm with bed linen and fleece blanket), - Wardrobe, storage shelves), - A dining area (table and 2 chairs) - and a kitchen area (filter coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates, dishes and kitchen utensils) - Bathroom (shower, storage units, mirror and sink) - Wifi And so that you have a pleasant stay upon your arrival, we provide you with a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, paper towel, aluminum foil, fresh film, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee, filters , tea, sugar, bed linen, one towel per booked traveler) You will find some games available on the WC shelves (Draughts, chess, cards, Mikado, Abalone) Located in Fresnes limit Hay les Roses, 10 minutes from Orly airport by car by taxi Bus station 187 60 meters away (22 minutes direct Paris Porte d'Orléans) RER B Croix de Berny 10 minutes on foot (20 minutes from Montparnasse station with change Nearby (5 minutes on foot): bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser, tobacconist, supermarket, pizzeria, creperie
We are a few minutes walk from the Parc de Sceaux and its castle, the apartment is close to transport which takes you to the center of Paris in less than 30 minutes and less than 15 minutes from Orly
