Small, fully equipped loft-style studio in the heart of the city center, 100 m from the Old Port. Nestled on the 5th and top floor of an old building, without elevator (a worthwhile effort!). This apartment stands out for its authenticity, its charm and its incredible terrace with a view of the rooftops. Let yourself be seduced by the tranquility of the terrace, a true haven of peace in the vibrant heart of the city. (The stairwell is under the expertise of a design office, which is currently working on quotes for its restoration.)

Surrounded by restaurants and bars with varied inspirations, you will be spoiled for choice as the possibilities are numerous. Located 100 m from the Old Port, you can take the shuttle to visit the Château d'If, the charming island of Frioul. You can walk 15 minutes to the oldest district of Marseille, Le Panier (Visit of designer boutiques, Old Charity) then finish with a visit to the majestic Mucem. Or you can take the bus which takes you to visit our protector “the Good Mother” at Notre Dame de la Garde. Or take a bike and ride for 15 minutes on the cycle path which takes you to the first beach "les Catalans". Many possibilities are available to you for your stay at the Studio;
