The Nérée building is located in a luxury residence, one of the most beautiful on the Côte d'Azur with all the comforts, swimming pool, bar / restaurant, tennis, ... The studio is south facing and enjoys the sun most of the day. The interior and exterior blinds as well as the electric roller shutter soften the presence of the sun. There are plenty of free parking spaces very close by. Mandelieu la Napoule is very pleasant with the city center, the market, the many bars and restaurants, the train station, the port, the beaches, the castle ... which are located a few minutes away on foot. Several important shopping areas are within a short drive. The bus stop in front of the residence allows you a direct journey to Cannes train station and all along the coast in both directions.
