The Cognac railway station and also city center are not far by walking . This family suite with access to a private terrace can accomodate 4 people. Composed by a twin bed or king size bed suite (including private bathroom with shower and toilets) and a king size bed bedroom with its private bathroom and separate toilets and access to the sunny terrace of 100 m2 with view over the roofs. The terrace also includes a private kitchen and a greenhouse to enjoy your meals and ... tea or coffee time and of course breakfast !. The Suite with Terrace is ideally located in a quiet street where parking is easy. Many shops are available around (bakeries, butchershop, bar, newsagent...) and ½ mile from a supermarket and from the city center with restaurants, pub, bar beers... > Cars can be parked in rue de Rochefort, rue de Marennes or de Barbezieux within a 5 minutes walk. There is a key to the private entrance so you can come and go as you please.
