Property information

Charming one-bedroom apartment offering a beautiful view of the Saint-Malo racecourse. Just steps from the shuttle bus connecting Saint-Malo to the city center and less than a 5-minute drive from the train station. It is located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator. It features a fully equipped kitchen and utensils. Numerous free spaces are available around the building. The first roll of toilet paper and trash bag are provided. Cleaning is required before your departure to ensure the apartment is as it was upon arrival. A cleaning option is available for 40euros, excluding dishes, to be paid to the on-site housekeeper. We will notify you if you prefer this option. A travel cot is available upon request, subject to availability. Linens are available upon request for guests who cannot bring their own (departure before 10 a.m. if provided And supply possible even at the last minute).
