Property information

La terrasse de l'aber is a quiet, secure residence just 2 minutes from the seafront and a 16-minute walk from the heart of Roscoff. In the entrance hallway, you'll find a practical closet. It leads to a first bedroom with a double bed and a very large storage cupboard, and a second bedroom with a double bed and a chest of drawers. A bright bathroom with shower and washing machine follows. the living room is pleasant with television and wifi, the living area is spacious for 4 people, the kitchen is very well equipped, the living area is very bright and gives you access to a balcony with an unobstructed view. -You have a parking space with a remote control to open the main entrance gate. -you have access to a bicycle room - you have access to a garbage can at the entrance. -PETS ALLOWED
